Custom tea bag tags and strings
Every roll carries your own printed tag. Tag and string are welded to the mesh by ultrasonic, so there is no glue and no loose tags on the packing line.
Artwork
Printed from the design you supply. Please give exact CMYK values for each colour. Tag designs stay confidential to your brand.
Size
Standard squares are 20 x 20 mm and 25 x 25 mm. Other sizes can be made to order.
Shape
Square, round, scalloped, butterfly, or a custom outline such as a leaf or your logo shape.
String
Standard string length is 16 to 17 cm, and 17 cm is the most common. Tell us your machine and bag size and we will match the string to the tag pitch.

- Vector file (AI, PDF or EPS)
- CMYK values for every colour
- Tag size and shape
- Front only, or front and back
